To ensure employees are able to define the range of armed hold-up and robbery violent behaviours, are aware of the organisations policies and strategies, can recognise warning signs of impending violence, and are aware of post incident assistance and support
At the end of the session the delegate should be able to
Define armed robbery and workplace violence
Recognise warning signs of armed robbery and respond appropriately
Understand the impact of violence on victims of armed robbery
Complete checklists and incident reporting documentation
Identify areas of post incident support
Any employee who deals with cash, or is involved in the transportation of cash, for example, one stop shops, banks/building societies, security personnel involved in the transportation of monies, and places where the public visit where money is exchanged or held.
