We are all too aware that today there is an increase in violence throughout society.
Our private training packages have been developed with this in mind. Although Basis
Training (UK) Limited has only been established for the last twelve years, the trainers
have many years of experience and are able to channel their vast experience into
a number of specially designed packages.
Basis Training (UK) Limited aims to provide you with the skills you need on a one
to one basis with excellent tuition.
Customers who have already undertaken a private package have given very positive
feedback and evaluation of the courses (see testimonials).
The courses are broken down into three areas as follows:
1. Basic self defence and breakaway techniques – one day course
2. Advanced self defence techniques – two day course
3. The above plus dealing with blunt and sharp weapons – three day course
Due to the experience of our trainers having to deliver courses to the public sector
over usually a single day, we have been able to devise simple training techniques
that are easily remembered and do not overload the participants with a vast array
of techniques to remember.
