When we meet potential clients we really try to ensure that there is a great fit between their organisational needs and the training we can offer. If we think that we can’t deliver training with specific excellence to this particular organisation, then we pass. We always want to ensure we can deliver exactly what the company or organisation needs.
That’s why this month, we’ve been collectedly planning and quietly celebrating the four! (yes four!) new training clients that we’ve brought onboard for March.
Managing Director, John Davies said, “We’ve worked through the assessment phased, and matched training requirements to services that we can provide, tailoring as needed. And we are really excited about starting work for these organisations and their people!”
John continued, “The four new clients are all in the healthcare industry, which is where we have a historically experienced and growing base of clients. They are based throughout the UK in the South West, Scotland and South Wales.”
So this month we’ve kick started work with four new clients. A bumper month! Basis Training delivers training at locations to suit clients. Coming to you, at no extra cost, is part of how we operate, and part of what makes the courses a success – your staff wont have to travel.
Nick Attard, head of training said, “new organisation always present new challenges, we’re never complacent, and are always look to adapt our presentation and training methods to ensure that the techniques that we teach give organisation staff, often frontline staff, the confidence to deal with the aggressive and potentially violent situations that may arise in their particular organisation”
The training to be delivered in this instance is a mix of PMVA, MOVA and training for trainers. If you’d like to discuss your organisational MOVA or PMVA training needs then do get in touch.
