At Basis Training we love the festive period, in-fact we had our work’s Christmas party at the Coach & Horses pub in Newport just this week. It was a good chance for all seven trainers of Basis to get together, and seasonally catch up over a tasty Christmas meal and share tips, stories and bond ready for another year of delivering outstanding, personal and service user safety-in-the-workplace courses.
We also have got some lovely new staff polo t-shirts sewed up with our logo – we debated far too long over the colour of the stitching, but! That’s part of the fun. We’ll post a picture on our Facebook soon.
We got recently asked by one of our soon-to-be-clients about our Quality Award Centre Status, so it’s worth mentioning what this means – The Institute of Conflict Management has awarded us with the Quality Award Centre Status. So you can relax, reassured you are getting the very best for your organisation – Basis is an experienced top-tier provider of Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression Courses.
John Davies, Managing Director of Basis, talks here of the opportunity to provide your staff with greater confidence this coming year:
Why not give your frontline workers the Christmas gift of greater confidence in the workplace, and call Basis today, to book your organisation on a Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression in the Workplace course?
Our Train the Trainer courses, are suitable for larger organisations, that want to run safety and conflict management courses in-house, but want to have the latest techniques, refreshed focus, and confirmation that they are providing their own staff with best-of-class courses.
We’ve also been asked by prospective clients about the Health & Safety legislation around what we teach. John or Nich would be happy to talk through how our courses cover H&S and Criminal Law and how we can empower your staff with the knowledge to know what they can and cant do legally and how legislation is there to protect them and you.
We also wanted to take this opportunity to wish all our clients and course attendees a Merry Christmas. We hope that you don’t have to use the techniques in aggression deescalation and handling violence that we’ve taught you over the festive period. We hope that you have a a Merry Christmas and enjoy it with your loved ones.
